Try out these fifteen tricks with a white, non-gel toothpaste (unless otherwise noted), and watch that cavity-fighting, breath-freshening tube of wonder work its magic.
01. Relieve irritation from bug bites, sores, and blisters: These skin irritations all tend to weep and, in the case of bug bites, often itch. 7 Reasons Why the World is Best Explored on Foot
We travel the world for pleasure, business or to meet family and friends, and mostly, we let ourselves be transported by planes, trains, cars and whatever means are appropriate. But, if we stop for a moment and think about the origin of the word 'travel' we will realize that we often neglect the most natural means of transport - our feet.
'Travel' derives from the Old French word 'travail' which means work. This in turn apparently goes back to the Latin word 'tripalium' which was a three-legged sort of whip used by the Romans to drive slaves. Being on the move was work, walking miles and miles to get from A to B, getting dirty and sweaty in the process.
No modern-day traveler is required to submit himself to torture, but a little bit of 'travail' by exploring our destinations on foot, as opposed to hopping on a tour bus and letting yourself be guided to pre-selected destinations, goes a long way to increasing the pleasure of travel. We travel to satisfy our curiosity and to discover the real side of the country of our choice. If we don't put in a bit of legwork we will miss out on all of the following:

The summer should be a time when we can all look forward to spending some time in the sun. Whether it is on the beach, at a barbecue or simply enjoying a book in the garden, relaxing in the sun helps us to de-stress, creates a positive mood and even stimulates the production of vitamin D. However, for many people with skin conditions the sunshine can be a source of irritation and embarrassment. Some skin conditions such as psoriasis and eczema can flare up when exposed to sunlight. Sufferers of other skin conditions, such as acne, may simply feel too self-conscious to expose their skin in public. However, there are skin care precautions and steps you can take to help you enjoy the summer without having to avoid the sun. Read more after the break...

Body Care
Summer is the season when you have to take special care of your skin. You may be surprised that your summer skin, which looked radiant throughout winter, suddenly looks dull, blemished and oily. This is because, in winter your skin's natural oils solidifies, whereas in summer it flows freely. It's estimated that 90 percent of wrinkles cause due to sun exposure. The sun's long- and short-wave ultraviolet rays, or UVA and UVB, penetrate the deepest layers of skin, damaging the collagen -- the spongy protein that gives skin it's structure, firmness, and elasticity. Fair skin wrinkles more readily than dark skin because it contains less pigment, which acts as a natural sunscreen, blocking some of the sun's damaging UVA and B rays...Read more after the break...

Antibiotics Not Always Needed
Two common conditions that afflict women are yeast infections and cystitis (often called urinary tract infections). Cystitis results from bacterial infections. There can be some other causes at times including: medications, radiation or chemotherapy. Yeast infections occur when there is too much accumulation of yeast in moist and warm spots of the body. Eye Care

Dear Friends,
Take care of your "delicate" eyes. This info' is sure to help PC users very much. During a recent visit to an optician, one of my mailing group friends was told of anexercise for the eyes by a specialist doctor in the United States that he termed as 20-20-20." It is apt for all of us, who spend long hours at our desks, looking at the computer screen.
I Thought I'd share it with you. 20-20-20
Step I :-After every 20 minutes of looking into the computer screen, turn yourhead and try to look at any object placed at least 20 feet away. This changes the focal length of your eyes, a must-do for the tired eyes.
Step II :-Try and blink your eyes for 20 times in succession, to moisten them.
Step III :-Time permitting of course, one should walk 20 paces after every 20 minutesof sitting in one particular posture. Helps blood circulation for the entire body.
Circulate among your friends if you care for them and their eyes. They say that your eyes r mirror of your soul, so do take care of them, they are priceless...
Otherwise our eye would be like this.....

Accupressure
Accupressure and Reflexology
Quite interesting! Keep Walking.....
The Organs of your body have their sensory touches at the bottom of your foot, if you massage these points you will find relief from aches and pains as you can see the heart is on the left foot.

Typically they are shown as points and arrows to show which organ it connects to. It is indeed correct since the nerves connected to these organs terminate here. This is covered in great details in Acupressure studies or textbooks. God created our body so well that he thought of even this. He made us walk so that we will always be pressing these pressure points and thus keeping these organs activated at all times.
So, keep walking... 02 more images after the break...
